I freakin love this drama.. Not to exaggerate, but this is waaayyy too good.! 🙂 It had me on the edge the whole time.! You won’t even mind that this drama doesn’t have a romance, at all.

Though many was disappointed that So Ji Sub didn’t really portray Park Ki Young’s character.. It was Kim Woo Young all the way.. Yeah, it would be more enjoyable if we ever see the gullible part of So Ji Sub.. Haha. And he’s been doing serious roles in most of his dramas and movies.! I wanna see him in a more light roles..

As For Lee Yeon Hee.. Many are complaining that she can’t act, but I love her.. I’ve seen all of her dramas and movies and I’ve no complaints at all.. 🙂 I think she can do her part really well..

I love the twists that came about.. 🙂

I’m sooooo in to So Ji Sub again after watching latest drama, Ghost / 유령 / Yoo Ryung, with my fave Lee Yeon Hee.. 🙂 So I downloaded and watch this one.. Only You..

Synopsis
A fatal love story centered on ex-boxer Chul-min (So Ji-sub) and telemarketer Jung-hwa (Han Hyo-joo). He has closed his heart to the world and she remains spirited despite slowly losing her vision. Eliminating the so-called silent style of long shots and long takes and appealing to soul and spirit, this could be deemed Song Il-gon’s declaration of transformation from an auteur director to a popular director. Those who were mesmerized by Song’s “Flower Island” and “The Magicians” may be somewhat disappointed. As suggested by the trite title, the movie is full of old clichés. But what makes it extraordinary despite its clichés is the director’s characteristic unconventional directing style and dramatic twists in detail that reveals moderation and omission. [Always] takes small steps towards the climax without excessive use of words and action. Chul-min’s climactic scene trumps the explosiveness of “Rough Cut”. The director also adds class to the film through the remarkable visuals and sound design, sensuous but not superficial. As a result, this film is distinct from overwhelmingly common melodramas and successfully emerges as an ‘uncommon common’ drama. So Ji-sub and Han Hyo-joo are perfect in their roles. The commercial expression as ‘So-joo couple’ is no exaggeration. (JEON Chanil)

It’s a predictable film, but I still LOOOOOOVE it.. I just love a guy would do anything for the sake of the gurl he loves.. I read that So Ji Sub took up boxing training for his role in this film, and you can really see all the effort he put in to prepare for this role. The choreography of the fighting is so well done, and looks completely natural.. It may be your typical Korean drama where the gurl gets helpless and here comes her knight with shining armor, but it’s still a must-watch~~ Haha. Freakin highly recommmended..!!!! ;D
